A graduate in any discipline; above the age of 25 years on the date of his application; experience of 5  years  in  a  supervisory or managerial capacity work connected  with Urban  Transport or 10 years of service in a senior position of responsibility in  Central/State Governments/Public Undertakings/ autonomous bodies. The Membership Fee is Rs. 3,000/- onetime.
